Thank you for stopping by! I'm Mark Richter, User Experience Strategist - a UX generalist who is passionate about creating good experiences for real people.

My current full-time employer is Entegral, a startup subsidiary of Enterprise Holdings, focused on innovating in the collision repair industry. My work history also includes a stop at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where we built and maintained applications in support of the United States Treasury. Prior to that, I spent nearly 20 years at Maritz in suburban St. Louis, where I tackled a wide variety of projects for different business units and in numerous roles, from copywriter to project manager to visual designer, culminating in the natural evolution to designing experiences that solve real problems for real people. Over the years, I have also worked with several startups in a freelance role, as a jack-of-all trades UX practitioner.

My breadth of experience has prepared me well for the UX revolution that we are now experiencing.
